Interior Design Intern
Our internship program is modeled after the NCIDQ’s IDEP program. We support our interns by helping them to asses their skills and plan for comprehensive on-the-job training, tracking their development through work experience in each of the competency areas (programming, schematic design, design development, contract documents, contract administration and professional practice), providing a “big picture” perspective on your progress, and providing advice and support. We require each intern to set up three (3) documented goals they want to achieve during the program and structure their daily tasks towards these goals. Our program is geared towards students looking to achieve their school credits and / or recent graduates in need of NCIDQ credit hours. We strongly support and encourage NCIDQ certification. This program is currently a non-paid position with a start and end date at which point we review the applicant for a staff position.
